Who can see the room?
Only the people you choose. Each room is a private link you share with your hiring team. Nothing is public and nothing gets indexed by search engines.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. You open the link, review the shortlist, and decide. There is nothing to install and no login to remember.
How many candidates will I see?
A short, vetted list, usually three to five. We would rather hand you four strong people than forty maybes.
How fast does a room open?
Most rooms open within days of the kickoff, and you will know the moment a new candidate is added.
What if none of them are right?
Pass on the whole list and tell us why. We use that to recalibrate and refill the room. You are never stuck with the people in front of you.
